When he learns that there are traitors inside the force, a chief inspector works with an undercover agent to enact some desperate measures of law enforcement. Cheuk Hoi (Michael Miu) is a chief inspector at Hong Kong’s Criminal Intelligence Bureau. One of their more popular tactics is to place agents undercover within the triad.
